The calculation is based on all store orders within a 30-day period, not just those generated through UFE funnels. providing a scalable solution for every business.

Is UFE free to use?

Yes and No. UFE offers a Free Base Plan for stores with fewer than 50 orders per month, which includes a “Powered by UFE” watermark. If you prefer to remove the watermark, the Without Watermark Base Plan costs $9.99 per month, even if you process fewer than 50 orders.

Do I need to pay to remove the “Powered by UFE” watermark?

Yes, removing the watermark requires upgrading to the Without Watermark Base Plan at $9.99 per month. This upgrade is intended to offer a cleaner, more professional appearance to your store, which many users find valuable for building customer trust.

Can I try the app without subscribing to a paid plan?

UFE offers a 7-day free trial. However, the option to remove the watermark is only available on the paid plan.

If I am not using the app, will I still be billed?
Yes, as long as the app is installed, the billing cycle continues based on your store’s order volume. To avoid charges if you’re not using UFE, please uninstall the app.
Can I get a refund for a double charge or unexpected charge?
Yes. If there was a double charge or an unexpected billing issue, please reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll process a refund if applicable. Refunds are usually issued within five business days but may take up to seven business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Why does UFE require a maximum billing amount?
When subscribing, UFE asks you to accept a maximum potential billing amount based on order volume, but you are only charged for the actual orders processed. This cap allows flexibility if your store’s order volume increases month-to-month.
Can I keep the app installed and only pay for orders generated by UFE?
Currently, UFE’s pricing is based on your entire store’s order volume, not just the orders generated by UFE funnels. We’re continually listening to feedback and assessing ways to make our pricing model more transparent and aligned with user expectations.
How can I avoid charges if I am not using the app?
If you’re not actively using the app, consider uninstalling it to prevent future charges. Our billing is tied to your order volume while the app is installed, even if features aren’t in active use.
Does UFE support third-party checkouts?
No, UFE does not support third-party checkouts. Our app relies on Shopify's Draft Order API to apply discounts to upsell and cross-sell offers, which only functions with Shopify's native checkout.
